Meet the Katy Family Behind the Business That Cleaned Katy ISD Stadiums for Graduation, Supports Neighbors, and Pays It Forward

When thousands of Katy ISD families gathered at Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium this spring to celebrate graduation, few likely realized the venues had just undergone one of the largest cleaning projects completed by a local family-owned business.

Behind the scenes was Katy Brothers Pressure Washing, a Cinco Ranch-based company that has become a familiar name throughout the Katy area for its work serving homeowners, homeowner associations, schools, commercial properties, and community organizations.

For HOA boards and community managers, maintaining neighborhood assets is about more than appearances. Clean entry monuments, common areas, sidewalks, recreation facilities, and community gathering spaces help preserve neighborhood pride and create welcoming environments for residents. Those are responsibilities Katy Brothers Pressure Washing understands firsthand.

A Family Business Built in Katy

Originally from Austin, the family relocated to Houston in 2008 and built their home in Cinco Ranch in 2010. What began as a small father-son project during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic has evolved into a full-service pressure washing company serving communities throughout the Greater Houston area.

“We just started asking neighbors if we could clean their driveway with our little Home Depot pressure washer for a small fee, and then we’d donate a portion of it to charities like Katy Christian Ministries, Wounded Warriors, and St. Jude’s.”

Named after sons Carter and Cooper, who began pressure washing at ages 10 and 12, the company has remained a true family operation. Today, one son oversees payroll and finances while the other serves as the company’s mechanic, helping support a growing portfolio of residential and commercial clients.

Serving Communities at Scale

While the company continues to provide residential services, its work has expanded significantly over the years.

Among its largest ongoing projects is maintaining more than 200 community monuments and approximately 33 miles of brick walls for the Cinco Ranch HOA. The recent cleaning of Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium added another significant community asset to the company’s portfolio.

“We knew that the stadiums were a crown jewel of the community, and wanted to make sure they were cleaned properly.”

That same attention to detail carries over to the company’s HOA work, where appearance, consistency, and reliability are critical to maintaining community standards.

Hospitality-Inspired Service

Before entering the pressure washing industry, the family’s background was in hospitality. That experience continues to shape how they approach customer service today.

“We don’t want our service to be just another transaction, we want our clients to be blown away with the entire experience from start to finish.”

The company credits much of its growth to referrals, long-term relationships, and a commitment to honest recommendations. In some cases, they will even advise customers to postpone a service if they do not believe it will provide meaningful value.

That approach has helped build trust with homeowners, community leaders, and property managers alike.

Giving Back Through ‘Pay It Forward’

Community service remains a core part of the company’s mission.

In 2022, Katy Brothers Pressure Washing launched its Pay It Forward program, selecting local organizations each year to receive complimentary cleaning services. Past recipients have included The Ballard House, Grand Lakes Presbyterian Church, Stanley Elementary School, and other community organizations.

The family also looks for opportunities to assist residents facing personal hardship.

“Money comes and goes, but we believe kindness matters, and has a lasting affect.”

Those efforts reflect the values that continue to guide the company as it grows.

More Than a Vendor Partner

For the family behind Katy Brothers Pressure Washing, success is measured by more than projects completed.

Their work has allowed them to build lasting relationships throughout the communities they serve, often turning customers into friends and neighbors into long-term supporters.

When asked what they hope people remember about the company years from now, their answer captures the philosophy that has helped them grow from a small family project into a trusted community partner.

“We don’t always get it right, but we will always do the right thing.”

As HOA boards and community associations continue investing in the appearance and longevity of their neighborhoods, trusted local partners play an important role in helping maintain the places residents are proud to call home. For Katy Brothers Pressure Washing, that responsibility extends beyond cleaning surfaces—it’s about serving the community that helped build their business.
